The Rift Gate is gateway created by Eddy Chan in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed to banish Nameless from the physical realm.

History

Due to power issues caused by Nameless, Eddy moved construction of the Rift Gate to the Firehouse sub-basement. Once completed, everyone gathered to banish Nameless once and for all. Nameless was able to hijack the Rift. Instead, several ghosts crossed over and wrecked havoc in the Firehouse before anyone could run upstairs and cut the power. Samhain crossed through the gate and set off to cause eternal night. The gate turned off soon after.
