Randy Edelman provided the score music for Ghostbusters II.

Before Randy Edelman, the Ghostbusters II score was offered to Elmer Bernstein but he turned it down and two other comedies that year to avoid being typecast. Ivan Reitman later hired Edelman, who composed for his movie "Twins".^[1]
