The Orrefors Store Manager is the manager of Orrefors on Fifth Avenue.
History
Primary Canon
In 1989, the Store Manager hired the Ghostbusters to take care what was determined to be a straight polarity reversal of sales items. The Ghostbusters succeeding in restoring them to normal. The Store Manager watched in horror as all the glassware suddenly dropped out of the air, smashed through the glass shelves and shattered on the display tables.

- In the February 27, 1989 draft:
- On page 63 to 64, Ray Stantz and Peter Venkman talk to the manager while Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddemore set up Polarity Rectification Tripods. Ray tells the manager the case is a straight polarity reversal and some kind of P.K.E. storm had blown through and affected the silicon molecules in the glass. After the crystals crash on the floor, Ray asks the manager if he will pay by cash or check.
