The Assistant Prosecutor is an assistant attorney to The Prosecutor.
History
Primary Canon
In late 1989, the Assistant Prosecutor aided The Prosecutor in the Ghostbusters trial. After Jack Hardemeyer spoke to her, she went over some paperwork with the Assistant. Through the course of the trial, the Assistant handed copies of documents to her such as the judicial restraining order filed against the Ghostbusters. Once the Scoleri Brothers manifested, the Assistant immediately jumped over the wooden rail of the spectator's gallery behind the prosecutor's table and ran into an officer while trying to flee the courtroom.

- In NOW Comics The Real Ghostbusters starring in Ghostbusters II part 1 he is depicted as more involved in the case.
- All the lines of The Prosecutor's used in the comic book were spoken by the him instead.
